About Chirp
The public record of platform support failures

What we are. Chirp is the public record of platform support failures. When a platform suspends an account, locks someone out, lets an account get hacked, keeps billing for something the person can’t reach, or simply answers a real problem with an automated reply and nothing more — that person usually has nowhere to turn. Chirp gives them somewhere: a place to file the problem as a structured, public case, have it backed by others it’s happened to, and put it on a permanent record with an escalation playbook attached.

What we do and don’t promise. Chirp gives a case weight and a public record. We help people document what happened, find the routes that have actually worked for similar problems, and stand together so a pattern is harder to leave unanswered. We do not promise that any platform will respond or act. We are a record and a lobby, not an enforcement authority.

What we are not. Chirp is an independent publication and tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any platformnamed on the site. Cases are people’s own accounts of their experiences; unless a case is marked reviewed, we have not verified it (see the Content & Moderation Policy).
