Chirp is built to be corrected.

  • If a case about you or your company is wrong: use the report button or contact [CONTACT_EMAIL]. Companies can claim a verified account and post an official response or request a correction, which appears on the case and can mark it disputed.
  • If you filed a case and want to fix or remove it: if it’s your own account, you can edit or delete it. If a case was filed about your account by someone else from a public source, you can claim it (to correct or remove it) once you’ve verified you’re the affected party.
  • Editorial corrections: when a Chirp Desk case is shown to be inaccurate, we correct it promptly and note that it was corrected.

We don’t remove a case simply because it’s unflattering to a platform — but we will always correct inaccuracy, honor valid takedowns, and show the other side.
